Rental Information

Thanks for your interest in our rentals. Each prospective tenant who is 18 years old or older must participate in our screening process, which is handled by an independent 3rd party for your protection. You can order them online through their website here for $51 each.

It normally takes 3-5 business days to receive the screening report back. Please read and complete ALL information required, including personal references and which property/unit you are applying for. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. Acceptable IDs are state-issued driver’s licenses or IDs and passports.
